StoughtonCARES was formed in 2009 to create a community-based coalition whose mission was to reduce the frequency, severity and overall numbers of youth engaging in underage drinking. It was the group’s hope to accomplish this mission through community engagement as a result of education about the reality and the dangers of underage drinking and best evidence-based practices for addressing it.
